I`ve pursued my Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Studies from Sindh Madressatul Islam University, where I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in understanding effective communication strategies, managing customer relationships, and utilizing various communication channels. Through my coursework, I have developed a deep understanding of how to effectively convey messages, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences. In addition to my academic training, I have gained practical experience in customer service through my part-time and full-time positions as a sales associate at different call centers and firms.
